We are looking for an experienced, result oriented, analytical and highly motivated VP of Sales to join our team to take on a wide range of leadership responsibilities, from daily management of sales team & activities to developing new business channels, divisions & opportunities.
Responsibilities include developing & communicating key detailed sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Gathering & Deploying resources with vigilant monitoring to ensure successful execution of the strategies. Consistently setting & achieving Sales Financial, Awareness, Relationship Targets. Duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, detailed training & developing the sales team, actively managing team and ensuring maximum productivity, leading the sales team to success and growth.
UAE Real Estate Experience – 10 to 15 Years
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or similar senior leadership role.
– Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
– Develop, Present, and Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and open new business channels & opportunities.
– Highly Dedicated, Motivated, Result Oriented Individual with strong work ethic and ability to develop, train, and lead a strong sales team & process to achieve set goals.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer & channel relationships.
– Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
– Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
– Represent the Company Professionally and increase complete market awareness of products & brands
– Develop a Strong Sales Team through consistent Training, Development, Motivation, Active Monitoring & Hands-On Management
– Provide detailed sales forecasting.
– Outline and manage sales budgets.
– Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals.
– Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
– Ability to think out of the box and Generate Creative & Unique Solutions
– Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
– Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
– In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
– Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
– Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills.
– A Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
