We are urgently looking for a Lead Generators to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should be an excellent communicator and have superior customer service skills as you are committed to bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experienced on similar position
• Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Advertising, Printing, Exhibition is preferred.
• With call center experience –outbound calling
• Passionate about Sales and Target Achiever
• Excellent Communication Skills especially in English
• Outstanding Negotiation, Convincing and Selling Skills
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Attentive to every detail
• Flexible in work timings
• Proficient in MS- Office – word, excel etc.

Responsibilities:

· Contact potential customers by phone and emails about the services , understand customer requirements and close sales.

· Market services by phone or by emails and maintain thorough understanding of services, process sales and meet sales goals

· Generate leads , manage client’s account and and resolve client’s complaints

· Keep records of calls , sales and note useful information

· Enter and update customer information in the database

· Update sales team about prospective customers and facilitate future sales.

Education and Experience:

· Diploma or Degree Holder in Business Administration

·At least two years experience as a Telesales Executive

Salary Plus Commission

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
