The secretary will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman of a reputed company in UAE. This position requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail. The secretary will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and assist in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities:Administrative Support:- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.- Coordinate and prioritize incoming correspondence, emails, and phone- Research and gather information for special projects and reports.- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports as required.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and databases-Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.- Coordinate and follow-up on tasks and actions from meetings.- Assist in developing and maintaining contact lists and databases.- Attend meetings as required and provide minutes or summariesQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.- More than 5 years of Proven experience as an Personal assistant or similar administrative role in UAE- Fluent in English language- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
