Job Description:
- Be a brand ambassador, presenting the Victory Harbour Real Estate Brand at developers’ meetings and newly launched developments.
- Oversee Victory Harbour Real Estate’s activities, including but not limited to, off-plan transactions, sales and lease negotiations, developers’ contracts,.
- Contribute to driving organisational growth through partnerships’ development and deals closing.
- Drive the off-plan transactions in the international market and within the GCC.
- Ensure performance expectations are defined, communicated, monitored and reviewed for the Victory Harbour Real Estate Team.
- Establish and maintain positive and sustainable partnerships with developers, landlords and diverse stakeholders and expand professional network.
- Participate in the development of Victory Harbour Real Estate’s strategic direction and objectives and ensure the achievement of these objectives through the monitoring of specified KPIs.
- Meet with prospective organisations and individual stakeholders to discuss potential new partnerships and contracts.
- Partner with investors, financial institutions and corporates, ensuring mutual interests are met.
- Establish data integration to ensure effective market trend analysis.
- Ensure optimisation of property online portals, marketing campaign and stakeholders’ reach.
- Guide the Victory Harbour Real Estate team and ensure job knowledge refinement through regional and local conferences, webinars and relevant courses.
- Lead the department and supervise the team with regard to training, motivation and professional development.
- Prepare and conduct formal presentations for developers on Victory Harbour Real Estate’s brand, framework and services.
- Maintain proper controls to minimise organisational risk.
- Achieve quarterly objectives.
- Attend weekly management meetings and strategic planning workshops.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience as associate director
- RERA License is a plus
- UAE Driving License
- MS Office Proficiency
