Manage a growing team of account directors and proactively delegate tasks. Ensure the new MENA team are well resourced. Act as an ambassador for Victor in the region.Mentor, train and coach direct reports to an excellent standard. Set and agree a suitable reporting framework to meet company objectives.Share knowledge on best practice and ideas. To be engaged and contribute to Victor’s company culture.Troubleshoot time critical customer issues. RequirementsBased in the Abu Dhabi region.Natural interpersonal skills. Minimum 7+ years charter and VIP experience in the region. Minimum 5+ years management experience. To build and maintain relationships with MENA based operators and FBO’S. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Proven experience with providing excellent customer service to VIP client groups (Government and Royal family).Adaptable mindset and being open to change. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate efficiently in time-sensitive and occasionally stressful situations.A confident verbal communicator with a polite and professional phone manner. Excellent written/verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.Competent IT skills.Availability to work weekends when required (a day in lieu will be provided for every weekend day worked).
