QUALIFICATION SUMMARY
& PURPOSE OF THE JOB
  • It is the task and responsibility of the Customer Satisfaction Coordinator to efficiently manage the open customer orders to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability by working closely together with the Customer Care, Supply Chain team and supporting them in their daily tasks.
  • The Customer Satisfaction Coordinator will report to the Customer Care Manager with a dotted line to the Supply Chain Manager.

TASKS
& RESPONSABILITIES
  • Responsible to closely monitor, maintain, and update open customer orders in the ERP system, with focus on expediting and problem solving and this in close coordination with internal suppliers and the Supply Chain team.
  • Be the focal point of contact for the Customer Care Agents related to delivery concerns and assist in providing accurate open order lists.
  • Identify and report all instances of supply problems and system deficiencies that are not immediately resolved to Supervisor and/or Customer Care Manager, Supply Chain Manager and Sales Representative and/or Sales Management.
  • Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability by consistently adhering to policies and procedures established by the Customer Care department and the organization
  • Provide support to the Customer Care Agents for routine administrative tasks such as e.g., claim handling, return handling, certificates & documents management, etc.
  • Assist in various tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Care or Supply Chain management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient software skills, such as ERP systems, QlikView & MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Customer oriented, goal oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks in an independent way.
  • Willing to be flexible in schedule
  • Knowledge of English – knowledge of German, French or another language is an asset
