We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive, the ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing manager in building and maintaining marketing communication through the most relevant digital channels.
- To support the marketing manager in ensuring all marketing activity is performed in an efficient and timely manner according to the marketing plan and provide a very organized approach to work activities.
- To liaise and negotiate with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage communication and campaign set up of digital account clients.
- Supporting the marketing manager in following up with orders and payments to suppliers.
- Manage industry/media partnerships and ensure the execution of all deliverable for event partnerships including event banners, company logos, e-mail shot are set up and provide support in the stand setup by acquiring stand services and managing stand design installations.
- Support marketing manager in execution digital campaigns – social media accounts both organic and paid – LinkedIn – Facebook – Youtube – Google Ad words and Emails.
- Support the marketing manager in keeping or creating reports of the results of marketing activity related functions or accounts.
- Writing marketing copy if required and executing basic design.
- Assisting in updating content of company websites.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- 2 – 3 years experience in marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software. (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media specifically LinkedIn & FB and web analytics. (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with SEO + AD words preferred.
- Email execution, Partnership/Industry management.
- Stakeholder management internal and external.
