Venture Search is partnering with a DIFC based alternative asset manager to bring a Finance Manager to their team. The salary for this role is 17 – 20K AED per monthDFSA Regulatory Reporting:Ensure compliance with all DFSA regulatory reporting requirements, including the timely and accurate submission of financial reports, statements, and other relevant documentation.Monitor updates and changes in DFSA regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments to reporting processes and procedures.Financial Analysis and Reporting:Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances against budgets and forecasts.Provide insightful commentary and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making processes.Budgeting and Forecasting:Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate and realistic financial projections.Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide guidance on corrective actions as needed.Compliance and Risk Management:Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with DFSA regulations and industry best practices.Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through thorough analysis and proactive measures.
