What do we expect from you?

As part of your journey, you will facilitate the launch of media campaigns, content adaptations, and coordination on digital identity tasks by cooperating with all stakeholders: Van Cleef & Arpels Media team, HQ Media, Content and Digital identity teams, Media agency, Creative agency.

You will also ensure adhering to our calendar timelines and the local needs in line with the global guidelines and Maison identity.

On another hand, you will work closely with the Media Planning team, HQ counterparts, and Media agency to ensure launches of campaigns smoothly on time.

You will implement a frequent health check tracker on search campaigns (Ad text, Keyword, Site links, PLA (Share of real-estate), Google locations), monitor campaigns launch, and ensure implementation (offline & online).

You will also launch digital campaigns in a timely manner (preview links, naming generators, check on tag implementations), in coordination with Marketing & e-Commerce teams, prepare SM product selections and SM added value calendars, and share social media content calendars per campaign with Partners and Malls and track implementation.

This role will also include tracking invoices and creating POs on a campaign basis, updating the budget data, Bumblebee & media calendars as per the billed & unbilled reports.

You will monitor ROI & data entry to generate the ROI sheet in collaboration with the PR team, track campaigns performance on digital tools (GA, SM dashboards, Sizmek), compile and share media newsletter and competitions with HQ, wholesale partners & VCA MDE teams.

We also expect you to brief creative agencies on content adaptation (all printed and digital formats), liaise with HQ on all content validation and follow up on approvals, coordinate and proofread all translation projects related to digital and print and ensure our website content is aligned and follows our regional media calendar. You will launch/test all new website/nanosite launches and flag any technical bugs to HQ digital teams.

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
