What do we expect from you?
As an Area Manager, you will supervise all quantitative & qualitative aspects of your Market, in line with Van Cleef & Arpels standards, and will play a key role in suggesting market opportunities and sharing a strategic insight to support Maison’s development.
As a part of your journey, you will define market strategy in collaboration with partner’s Brand Manager and in line with VCA guidelines and objectives.
You will set and follow up on objectives and forecasts, ensuring target achievement in line with partner’s and VCA Budgets, and will foster team motivation & engagement and share intelligence on markets, identifying business opportunities via boutiques, industry peers & local actors.
You will also ensure compliance and efficiency within VCA & partner policies, enforce VCA commercial rules and overview the safety & security of the team, stock, and premises.
You will collaborate with the team to ensure regular stock and sales checks as well as audits, in full transparency, and ensure that boutiques have optimal staffing and will anticipate recruitment needs along with Area Sales Manager.
On another hand, you will guarantee that all relevant trainings, coaching, product knowledge, and commercial information are shared and ensure delivery of a permanent high standard of service across all boutiques.
You will also be responsible for CS activities (excellence of service, business opportunities, ability to solve client issues) and will support local PR activities, events, partnerships, client treatments, Maison visibility, and promoting Arts & Culture.
Finally, you will support teams to achieve boutique sales thanks to close follow-up, promote High Jewelry growth across boutiques and Palaces, and ensure client attendance and sales during local & international events including Doha Fair.
You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
