Job Description

We are currently looking for Banking and Compliance applications support for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions.

Skills:

• Banking and Compliance applications support including FIRCO and risk management software.
• Providing support to end-users and other stakeholders
• Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
• Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications
• Implementing the changes/new enhancements in lower environment such as DEV, SIT/UAT and production movement
• Consulting with the software development team, suppliers, and internal users to improve application performance
• Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the senior management
• Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates
• Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
