Canidate with excellent knowledge in HR role with command on Excel and FACTS HR system. Should perform following tasks effeciatently and independently.
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
A. Prepare interview documentation and coordinate with Hiring Managers/HR Manager on interview timings for candidates
B. Preparation of contracts for approval
C. Candidate liaison for PRO activities for successful candidates
D. Registration of candidate in HR system and maintain physical records
E. ‘Welcome’ administration for new employee and Line Manager
F. Ensuring medical insurance is provided and OHC conducted (if required)
H. Update HR system with relevant details for payroll
Routine HR Administration
A. Preparing letters/NOCs/salary certificates
B. Recording attendance variables (sickness, Annual leave)
C. Update HR system with personnel information and documents
D. Own and distribute periodic reports from the HR system
E. Collate attendance reports for monthly payroll, including all associated documentation
3. Performance Management (PM)
A. Maintain HR system for reports (probation, annual appraisals, disciplinary)
B. Prepare documentation for Line Managers when required.
5. Initiatives
A. Support HR Manager on all implementations
QUALIFICATIONS
· Degree educated
EXPERIENCE
· 2+ years working in HR within the UAE
SKILLS
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· An entrepreneurial spirited talent who can work in certain amount of ambiguity, self-starter
· Ability to work harmoniously but assertive manner with focus on execution excellence
· Ability to multitask, prioritize in an effective and efficient manner
· Outstanding integrity, ability to make important decisions under pressure
· Works with total discretion and honesty
