Our client, based in Dubai, is at the forefront of innovation and is actively seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to lead their Human Resources department.Responsibilities:1.Strategic HR Leadership:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.Provide strategic guidance to senior management on human capital and talent management.2.Talent Acquisition and Management:Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.Implement talent management strategies to nurture and develop high-potential employees.3.Employee Relations:Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.Address employee concerns, conflicts, and ensure a harmonious workplace.4.Learning and Development:Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Identify training needs and collaborate with departments to facilitate ongoing learning.5.Performance Management:Oversee the performance management process, ensuring fair and transparent evaluations.Implement strategies to drive employee engagement and motivation.6.Compensation and Benefits:Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.7.HR Policy and Compliance:Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the UAE.8.Employee Well-being:Implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being, health, and safety.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create a holistic well-being program.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
