VAAO ADVERTISING FZ- LLC Hiring for Storekeeper Job at Dubai Full Time

We are urgently looking for a Storekeeper to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should have knowledge of inventory management with time management skills.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Interior Fit-out, Signages
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Delegation and time management skills
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Attentive to every detail

Responsibilities:

· Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders

· Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders

· Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns

· Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels

· Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom and inventory control.

· Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses

· Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally

· Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.

Education and Experience:

· Diploma or Degree Holder in Procurement, Business or related field

·2 years experience as Storekeeper

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,000.00 per month
