VAAO ADVERTISING FZ- LLC Hiring for Site Supervisor Job at Dubai Full Time

We are urgently looking for a Site Supervisor to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate will supervise signage installers, overseeing the signage installations on site. The candidate should have strong leadership and ,excellent time management skills.

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or Graduate in Technical field / equivalent engineering
• Strong working knowledge in joinery, metal fabrication, Acrylic fabrication / signage / painting section / Large Format Printing etc.
• Experience in Advertising, Printing, Signage, Exhibition
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker to achieve the end product results
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to motivate people & develop strong team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the Company.
• Proficiency using computer as Microsoft Office , Excel and related production control softwares.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, oversee and supervise the installation team.
• Ensuring the team high quality of work.
• Enforcing safety protocols on site
• Spotting and addressing potential safety issus
• supervise and motivate a team of workers
• review worker performance

Education and Experience:

· Diploma or Degree Holder in Technical or Engineering

·At least two years experience as a Site Supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
