We are urgently looking for a Purchasing Assistant to be part of our growing team in Advertising / Branding / Exhibition Design Company. The Candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize and manage the time efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in similar or equivalent industry in Interior Fit-out, Signages .
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Delegation and time management skills
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Attentive to every detail

Responsibilities:

· Purchase supply of materials.

· Researching potential suppliers locally and international.

· Determine the lowest cost of Products and Materials

· Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices

· Responsible for material planning, and cost saving analysis

· Liaise with stockroom staff to ensure all orders arrive in good condition

· Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery

· Conduct market research to identify pricing trends

Education and Experience:

· Diploma or Degree Holder in Procurement, Business or related field

·2 years experience as Purchasing Assistant

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month
