Job Description
As an Office Administrator at V Perfume, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth and efficient office operations. You will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the office is well-organized, and assisting with day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Candidate Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team and staff, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
Doentation: Prepare and maintain office doents, reports, and records.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers and visitors, providing a friendly and professional demeanor.
Data Entry: Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
Assist HR: Support the HR department with onboarding paperwork, employee records, and other HR-related tasks.
Assist with Events: Help organize and coordinate company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Knowledge of fragrance or beauty industry is a plus.
