We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Partnership Manager Intern to join our. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in business development, negotiation, and relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing partnerships with external companies to secure offers that align with our organization’s goals.

How your day will look like:

• Identify potential partner companies that align with our organization’s goals and objectives.
• Reach out to prospective partners and initiate communication to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
• Conduct research to understand the partner’s products, services, and industry position to determine potential synergies.
• Present our organization’s value proposition and negotiate partnership terms to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define the requirements and specifications for partner offers.
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with existing partners, acting as a primary point of contact.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Track and report key performance indicators and metrics related to partnership activities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in partnership management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a partnership management or business development role, preferably within a related industry or field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills & Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools, software for communication, collaboration, and data analysis.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in partnership management.
