What will the role look like:
As an Office Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Office care: cleaning, maintaining the space and supply; meeting guests; making tea, coffee, launch
- Documentation: legal documents, business operations documents, invoices, orders, printing etc.
- Research
- Assistance to the founders: personal assistance, daily schedule and email management assistance
- Office representative: answer inquiries, phone calls and emails
