Job Responsibilities:
Role: Investigate market opportunities and build partnerships to launch and grow an edtech business from strategy to execution, including delivering programs, brand, subscribers, revenue, profit

Experience:
Team leader in a business that triangulates consumer, content, and monetization. Market entry / business building / scaling Digital economy business management experience: education / EdTech sector would be a plus Sales and consumer insight
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the market with a consumer driven mindset and strong network Functional knowledge of 360 levers of business: strategy, product, marketing, technology, people, financials, legal Proficiency in D2C sales & marketing. Content creation, marketing and B2B would be a plus
Attitude:
Self starter, able to work independently and deliver high quality communication Passionate, hungry to grow with ability to spread High positive energy Able to deliver Independently with minimal supervision, roll sleeves up and make things happen, deal with ambiguity and figure things out on the go Collaborative and high integrity.
Qualification:
A masters qualification in management studies / similar discipline Skills: Entrepreneurial: ability to turn ideas into action overcoming obstacles with creativity & minimum resources.
Strategic: balancing short vs long term Sales Leadership with ability to spot opportunities and close them, ability to manage talent (teachers/creative) a plus Savvy about the Digital/ online world
