We are looking for a Human Resources and Administration officer to join our team, fluent in Chinese, English and Arabic, to support the daily activities of our Human Resources department.
Human resources and administrative duties include handling employee data, updating company policies and assisting with the hiring process. To succeed in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and familiarity with the HR function.
Ultimately, you will ensure that all HR operations run smoothly.
responsibility
Maintain physical and digital personnel records, such as employment contracts and PTO requests
Update internal database with new employee information
Create and distribute guidance and FAQ documents on company policies
Collect payroll data such as bank accounts and working days
Post and delete job advertisements
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, such as headcount by department
Develop training and onboarding materials
Answer employee questions about benefits (for example, the number of vacation days they are eligible for)

Work experience as a human resources and administrative officer, human resources administrative assistant, or similar position
Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Monitor/Pay Employee Monthly Bills
Payroll Services / Preparation of monthly payslips for all employees
Basic knowledge of labor law
MS office knowledge – Excel, Word, PDF and Accounting
Organizational skills
Good oral and written communication skills
