To provide support to accountants by performing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing and basic book keeping.
Responsibilities Reconciliation of accounts and various financial records and identifying discrepancies. Bookkeeping & Data entry of accounting transactions. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, maintain digital and physical financial records. Enter financial transactions into internal databases. Requirements Work experience of at least 3-4 years as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk. Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures & finance regulations. Basic knowledge of UAE VAT. Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors. Hands-on experience with MS Excel & Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills and Organization skills. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. Qualified degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. Strong team person with strong written and spoken communication skills.
