ULTIWISE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT Hiring for Project Engineer-water Treatment Job at Dubai Full Time

Experience in water utility infrastructure development projects (Pumping Station, Municipality wastewater treatment plant, FEWA, DEWA SEWA desalination project experience.

· To develop a Master schedule for the commencement and completion of all Engineering & Construction works

· To coordinate, monitor and control the progress and quality of works on a daily basis.

· To coordinate, follow-up with the internal team, subcontractor, suppliers to keep the track of project an finish the project on time

· To coordinate sub‐contractors work so that there are no conflicts amongst sub‐contractors.

· To liaise with suppliers on the products needed for the projects and the delivery schedule.

· To carry out submission to consultant for materials, shop drawings and method statements approvals before commencement of work.

· To incorporate structural and piping elements in preparation and production of coordination drawings.

· To ensure timely delivery of materials and goods to site.

· To arrange and liaise with consultant for testing of materials & equipment functional test.

· To liaise with engineering in solving technical and detailing issues of engineering & construction works.

· Attend project coordination meetings.

· To report to Project Manager the progress of engineering & construction works.

· Assist Quantity Surveyor to carry out verifications for various claims

· To verify sub‐contractors claim for works done.

· Assist Quality Team to prepare for verification.

· Assist Project Manager in compilation of handing over documents including As‐built drawings & other reports.

· Project Budget Control

· To execute control measures on material / plant & equipment utilities usage.

· Meet targeted progress of works so as to achieve the intended cash flow.

· Technical Support for Estimation, Design, Engineering and construction of Plants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
