Arabic – Preferred

· Collect necessary documents and process Visa transfer applications received from businesses in timely manner

· Collect necessary documents and process Dependents’ Visas as requested in a timely manner

· Maintain visa expiry tracker

· Coordinate with employes and PRO team to ensure timely renewals of Visas to avoid penalities

· Send reminders/intimations to employees in case their passport validity does not meet the threshold for visa renewals

· Coordinate with businesses for EID collection and dispatch for all employees (New & Renewal)

· Maintain and update details of LTA for all employees

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
