- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Electronic mail software —Microsoft Outlook
- Spreadsheet software — Microsoft Excel
- Ability to type both alpha and numeric (not just 10-key) -38 wpm
- Academic qualification – A Higher Secondary education and above with good pass results.
- Excellent English oral & written communication skills
