Perform daily DPE IT Infrastructure Operations tasks

• Level 2 and Level 3 user support
• Provide support for Infrastructure hardware and services
• Monitor server and storage hardware to ensure availability and performance of systems and infrastructure
• Manage, maintain, and support server, storage, and backup infrastructure
• Manage, maintain, and support infrastructure software applications and services
• Build, test, deploy server and client operating system images and client applications
• Server Hardware Firmware updates
• Build virtual and physical servers
• Manage client operating system patch deployment
• Troubleshoot reported issues and resolve or work with customers to determine root cause.
• Manage and maintain Backup Solutions
• Perform backup and restore test
• Perform infrastructure server hardware preventive maintenance
• Assist IT Team in implementing projects.

• Deploying Software with System Center Configuration Manager 2016
• Deploying and Monitoring Software Updates with System Center Configuration Manager 2016
• Microsoft Windows Server hardening and Security policies
• Software Asset Management
• Managing HPE Server Hardware Technologies including Blade Centers and Synergy Composers
• Project Management
