Job Description:

• Responsible for the end to end recruitment process within the assigned portfolio including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and selection, approvals and offer management and negotiation.

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers as well as clients to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of recruitment strategy to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Responsible for submitting qualified resumes to client based on their requirement.
• Maintaining good relationship with candidates as well as with clients.

• Negotiating the salaries as per the budget.
• Experience in using internal ATS and other job platforms.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Minimum 3-5 years of Recruitment experience especially in IT and Banking sectors
• Available to join immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
