We are looking for Intern with IT Promoter experience.

• Location : Umm Ramool.
• Salary : AED 3,000
• Reporting to : Head of Marketing/Dubai office.
• Native Arabic Speaking/Writing/Reading

Job Description:

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls, emails and whatsapp messages in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives using available resources
• Provide customers with product and service information and where to buy
• Cold Calling may also be part of the Job responsibility to Contact businesses or private individuals by phone
• Manage Reporting of each inquiry and forward the inquiries to the concerned department.
• Manage the status of each inquiry. This will require follow ups with the team

Requirements:

• Previous work experience as a promoter for an electronics brand or in an IT Store will be a plus.
• IT Background is required. Basic knowledge of specs & features which are available in electronics products is required:
• Understands & able to differentiate between the various Product Lines: Gaming Esports Monitors, Eye Care Monitors, Photography Monitors, Designer Monitors, Portable Projectors, 4K Projectors, Home Cinema Projectors, Interactive Flat Panels etc.
• Should be able to explain specs & features of the models, such as: Resolution, Brightness, Lumens, Flicker Free Technology, Low Blue Light Technology, Refresh Rate, Response Time, Color Calibration etc.
• Should be good at Excel to prepare database. Good data entry and typing skills
• Previous experience with Mailchimp/Hubspot/CRM sytem and Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be a plus
• Require English & Native Arabic

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: AED3,000.00 per month
