Job Responsibilities:

The Marketing Automation Analyst will be responsible for offer creation, execution and automation and campaign reporting of our Customer Value Management (CVM) marketing campaigns to help build our brand, nurture existing customers, and acquire new customers.

• Manage and deliver an effective marketing automation strategy that engages our customers and manages them through CVM life stages.
• Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven campaign strategy to achieve marketing goals for an assigned geographic or defined market segment.
• Responsible for developing and deploying BTL marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building channel approach, and measuring results.
• Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to generate campaign ideas based on customer research as the foundation for our campaign strategy.
• Work with marketers & brand managers across Lifestyle team and broader MAF (as needed) to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
• Align and present campaign KPI’s, gain stakeholder feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimization.

Qualification/Requirements:

• Strong understanding of email marketing principles, triggered campaigns, A/B testing and optimising performance
• Education in Marketing, E- commerce, Retail domain or Analytics
• Understanding of the Retail Industry and Marketing concepts like CRM/ CVM
• Analytical and Conceptual thinking
• Understanding of Brands and Franchising models within Retail industry is a plus
• High level of EQ, Proactive attitude and solid communication skills are a must

Salary: AED11,000.00 – AED13,000.00 per month
