- Must be Arabic Speaking
- Individual must have outsourcing agency experience for 2-3 years in HR Operations in UAE
- Must be well versed with UAE labor law.
- Have excellent communication skills (writing/verbal) with interpersonal skills.
- Have handled employee onboarding and visa processing.
- Proficient in Ms. Office versed with MS office and good reporting skills.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.
- Independent problem solver with proactive approach
- Ability to work well with team
- Nurture long term relationships with clients ,candidate and internal departments
- Female candidates are preferred
- Expected start date – Immediate joiner
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED5,500.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
