Job Description:
- Organize and maintain calendar of the executive’s schedule
- Answer e-mails and calls on his behalf executive’s behalf
- Book appointments and travel arrangements
- Perform a variety of administration tasks such as filing, receiving couriers, etc.
- Taking minutes of the meeting and update the meeting agenda
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as Secretary, PA/EA to a senior level executive
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize work decisions
