Executive Coordinator
– Must have working experience with Government or Semi-Government company in UAE

Job Summary
The Executive coordinator will provide support to the DG on one-to-one basis and to other staff within the
Office of the DG responsible for governance, partnerships, special projects, risk management, marketing, communications, and international relations.
The Executive Coordinator will also be responsible for overseeing with a team or independently special projects and assignments assigned by the DG.
The ideal individual should have outstanding project management experience and the ability to exercise professional judgment in a variety of situations, with diplomatic written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
The Executive Coordinator should be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
Job Responsibilities
Executive Support
– preparing nonstandard reports, correspondence, and presentations for the DG
– and overseeing the implementation of decisions nominated by the DG.
– Communicates directly, and on behalf of the Director-General with Board members, donors, and others, on matters related to DG’s programmatic initiatives.
