• Data analysis and dealing with KPIs
• Implementation of the development initiatives plan.
• Reports preparation .
• Experience with using contracts system and handling corporate contracts.
• Follow up on the implementation of the financial performance plan for the section and analyze the revenues and expenses.
• Analyzing complaints and feedback from customers and preparing a plan for corrective actions from the customer’s perspective.
• Preparing and implementing a communication plan with customers.
• Analyze, review and update operations and analyze operational efficiency.
• Dealing with companies’ requests on operating systems

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Engineering or similar
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the similar field of data analysis
• Experience with transportation industry
• Handling customer interface

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED14,000.00 per month
