Our client is looking for Customer Service Specialist (Project Coordinator)based in Dubai.

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have excellent Excel Skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage the database for the interactions with the clients, keeping the details of inquiries, feedback and complaints
• Receive the client requests for reports and allocate the task among the team working in different regions.
• Maintain the division and consolidation of excel reports.
• Ensure continuous followup with the team in order to manage time submission to the clients
• Maintain monthly MIS reports of customer feedback and action plans
• Ensure the escalation of unresolved queries to the higher departments for the further investigation
• Make calls to the clients to arrange appointments for the senior management.
• Build good relationship with the clients

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Must have experience of preparing Excels reports
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be proficient in Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
