Our client is looking for Customer Service Specialist based in Dubai.

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have excellent Excel Skills
• Must be proficient at using VLOOKUP and Pivot Table

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the record for the communication with the clients, keeping the details of queries, feedback and complaints
• Receive the client requests and divide the task among the team working in different countries.
• Maintain the distribution and consolidation of excel reports.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up with the team in order to manage time submission to the clients
• Maintain monthly MIS reports of customer feedback and action plans
• Ensure the escalation of unresolved queries to the higher departments for the further resolution
• Make calls to the clients to arrange appointments for the senior management.
• Ensure and maintain good relationship with the clients
• Ensure quick response to clients

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Must have experience of preparing Excels report
• Energetic and strong personality
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be proficient in Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED4,500.00 per month
