Our client is looking for Arabic speaking Chief Specialist based in Dubai.

-Experience in strategies formulation and planning, managing projects from scratch, Business development and transformation.

JOB PURPOSE
Provide comprehensive support and advice to initiate, research, and develop commercial transport integration strategies, policies, initiatives and enforcement systems for a better operational efficiency

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Carry out best practice and benchmarking studies and researches in order to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed and advice Director accordingly
# Coordinate with concerned departments to identify survey and research requirements.
# Enter all Department projects in performance system and follow up with the concerned departments in Licensing Agency and other Agencies.
# Develop action plans to overcome any highlighted deficiencies in order to meet RTA strategic transport strategies and objectives and to ensure compliance
# Draw inferences from analyses and prepare required material to present to management.
# Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
# Review, benchmark & recommend updates for commercial transport policies in coordination with legal department and Strategic planning Department in order to fulfil the need and requirements of commercial transport licensing within the emirates.
# Participate when required in all departmental efforts related to the PT certification to ISO and/or required international standards.
# Define strategic goals and standards for the department and translate these standards into service performance indicators, and advice on implementation
# Provide specialist advice, coordination and follow up at the-point-of-need on related projects issues to avoid conflict of interest

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
# Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration from a recognized university. Masters preferred.

# 8 years of relevant working experience

# MBA /certificates in marketing & communication, management studies is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to AED43,000.00 per month
