Purpose of the Role

As Business Development Manager, you will oversee and manage country and/or regional operations, develop business and significantly increase membership. You will ensure smooth business operations and adhere to the company’s values, standards, regulations and guidelines.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

· Strong understanding and exceptional insight into the key business drivers and strategic challenges and opportunities in architecture and the wider built environment in the Gulf

· Fluency in English and Arabic

· Demonstrable ability to produce results to demanding deadlines and working on numerous key issues simultaneously, prioritising effectively

· Ability to command respect and communicate a clear vision, driving service and operational standards

· Highly consultative, a confident negotiator with excellent communication skills

· Driven to exceed targets and work within tight deadlines

· Highly collaborative in approach and will enjoy the prospect of being innovative and able to influence membership growth in new markets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED13,000.00 – AED14,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:
