• Position: Telesales Officer – Arabic Speaking
• Industry : Banking Industry
• Location : Dubai
• Role Purpose: Participate in the achievement of Tele-calling activitiesassigned to the Telesales Unit.
• Reports direct to: Team Leader, Telesales Unit

Key Accountabilities

• Execute Tele-calling activities as assigned to the team,
• Enhance ENR / Takaful sales, card activation rates, control customer attrition,
• Ensure minimum requirement of calls are made,
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures,
• Ensuring guidelines are adhered to and call quality is maintained while interacting with clients,
• Support an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort and
• Ensure deliverables are of the right level of service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in Bank Telesales specialized in Balance Transfer, Cash on Card, Easy Payment Plan sales

• Previous banking experience in similar role
• Fair understanding of product and services provided by the bank
• Understanding of customer relationships
• Good interpersonal & convincing skills
• Basic MS Office skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
