Our client is looking for Arabic Speaking Contact Centre Champion based in Dubai.
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 7,000

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, online chats and social media.
• Respond to all customer requests in timely and professional way.
• Take complete ownership of customer complaints and making every possible effort to resolve it.
• Understand the process of escalation and follow once required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in contact centre
• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• Experience with E-commerce Industry/ Telecom is preferred
• Must have experience in handling online chats, web chats, social media

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED7,000.00 per month
