Our client is looking for Arabic Speaking Contact Centre Champion based in Dubai.
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 7,000
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, online chats and social media.
- Respond to all customer requests in timely and professional way.
- Take complete ownership of customer complaints and making every possible effort to resolve it.
- Understand the process of escalation and follow once required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contact centre
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- Experience with E-commerce Industry/ Telecom is preferred
- Must have experience in handling online chats, web chats, social media
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED7,000.00 per month
