The UK College of Business and Computing (UKCBC), a flourishing college of UK Higher education with around 3,500 students, is already a highly reputable HE brand in the UK. Now, the College embarks on its first international expansion project with the establishment of a campus in Dubai.

Being one of the only institutions in Dubai to have HND’s at the forefront of the academic offering, and with a prime location in the Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), UKCBC is in an excellent position to attract students from both local and international markets.

Duties

• Drive and achieve yearly recruitment targets for all UKCBC programmes through execution of different conversion techniques.
• Ensure enquiries and applications move through the sales pipelines maximising conversions in lines with the targets allotted.
• Provide exceptional counselling to students whilst also maximising conversion and enrolments.
• To Raise brand awareness when speaking to potential applicants as well as educate the market to the College’s differentiated proposition where needed.
• Own the process of student journey from enquiry to enrolment stage.
• Initiate and plan key conversion techniques such as calling campaigns, email campaigns and SMS campaigns to drive more applicants and actuals.
• Ensure all applications are followed on in a stipulated timeline to keep the leads warm.
• Work with regional colleagues and business relationship managers to keep track of new leads and applicants.
• Assist students through application and collecting all documents that could be needed for processing offers.
• Support UKCBC on events where needed to drive enquiries and applicants.
• Collect and use key performance indicators from students and market intelligence data to support the management with delivering intake targets.
• Support marketing initiatives undertaken by the college for brand awareness & recruitment purposes.
• Assist with maintaining Admissions Department records – enquiry forms, application forms, assessment sheets, rejected/withdrawn applicant files and other miscellaneous filing.
• ·Record all decisions on the UKCBC’s electronic system in line with agreed procedures and service levels.
• Assist Admissions with the overall admissions procedure to ensure that proper correspondence and documentation is received and acknowledged, filed, and that departments are notified as appropriate.

Essential Criteria:

• A proven track record of sales and meeting targets within education sector with minimum 3 years of work experience in UAE and/or GCC.
• Ability to work in a structured and process driven environment.
• A sound understanding of a student recruitment cycle, from enquiry to enrolment.
• Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking and an eye for developing new conversion techniques.
• Flexible attitude to work including a willingness to work weekends and evenings in support of recruitment initiatives.
• Arabic and additional languages skills will be desirable.
