Job Role :
Responsible for setting up a team from scratch dedicated to achieving business for Retail Banking
*Handling a Team of 18 members for sales and distribution of credit cards,Personal Loans and X-sell products in the UAE market.
*Planning and execution for innovative incentive programs, sales contests and market activities aimed at mass acquisition of business.
*Gather and share market intelligence with sales and product teams to keep a keen eye on competitor activities and enhance the product’s benefit proposition based on changing market dynamics as well as practicable policy changes.
