We are looking for Senior Cost/Business Analyst to be based in Abu Dhabi as per below JD:

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the coordination and follow-up between all stakeholders to ensure budget, schedule and technically aligned solutions are generated while project risks are identified and mitigated in good time.
• RFP analysis and development of pursuit strategy through engagement of cross functional teams composed of various operations centers, competency centers, suppliers, PMOs and SMEs.
• Managing the optimization of the technical, execution and contractual model of the proposal to arrive at the best solution based on product mix/cross BU/ and then presenting the proposition to management for approval
• Driving customer and supplier negotiations – for optimum commercial closure and total stakeholder satisfaction.
• MIS Reporting, Business Research & Analysis for respective business unit etc
• Review tender documents & costing.
• Support business planning & business modeling.
• EVA (Economic Value Added) Assessment of Capex Investments for Organic Growth Targets.
• P&L Financial Ratio Analysis.
• MIS & Project Execution Milestones.
• Process Improvement and Change Management in Contract & Project Management, etc.
• Coordination with Business Unit and Business Line head and assist management in making monthly reports and various presentations for the board.
• Planning and coordination of weekly and monthly review meetings with all BU head.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

• Excellent documentation skills.

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• SAP knowledge will have added advantage.
