Looking for HR & Payroll Assistant
Duties And Responsibilities:
Comply with the statutory and corporate payroll policies, procedures and deadlines
Perform all key payroll supporting duties e.g. data entry, holiday payments, run relevant reports and send out relevant information to relevant business contacts /associates.
Cover and support payroll and administrative related tasks when and if required.
Should be able to calculate the End of service as per UAE Law.
Compile reports as required by direct manager
Process and maintain records of employee leave status
Maintain filing system for payroll and related records
Qualifications
Any Graduate
1-2 years’ experience HR & payroll administration and execution
