We are seeking a Channel Manager, with a startup mindset, who will seek out and develop partnership opportunities to drive growth in the UAE market. This position is 100% remote, based in Dubai, and will report to the Head of Sales Operations.

As the Channel Manager you will…

• Build channel strategies and work closely with our teams of BDRs & AEs to grow revenue generated from partners
• Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing on co-marketing partner campaign strategies.
• Drive partner growth and engagement via roadmap development collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Identify new product offerings with partners to accelerate growth.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management or Channel Partnerships
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and a track record of managing partnerships
• Excellent negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value
• Fintech and startup experience strongly preferred
• Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company
• Fluent in Spanish and English required
• Agile, flexible, and responsive approach to work.
• Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor!
