• Operations & Support Executive, Arabic Speaking
• Location : JLT, Dubai

• The candidate will be responsible for to check reservations made into the hotels through B2B portal
• The candidate will beresponsible for reconfirmations of bookings with hotels across the globe Communicating with hotels for reservations made into the system
• Need to assist Travel Agents for any query related booking
• Need to update the system and to Operations Team for confirmations received through hotels

Job Profile:

• Handling queries for Travel agents and customers

• Online reservation for Hotels

• Taking inbound Calls related to Hotel Reservations, Sightseen Seeing & Transfer

• Coordinating with suppliers for queries related to reservation.

Skills

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Travel & Tourism Industry

• Preference will be given to candidates with IATA course

• Ready to work in rotational shifts and week offs
• Should have 1 to 3 years of work experience in Travel Industry / BPO/Client Support
• Good knowledge of Computers / Good knowledge in MS office.
• Must have communication skill of Arabic & English
