Responsibilities:
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Effective communication with the consultant
• Knowledge about (steel fixer, Mason, plumbing, pipes …)
• Help prepare budgets
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree and above
– 5 years of GCC experience
– English, Arabic and Hindi/ Urdu speaker
– Age limit is 40
– Driving License + car is mandatory

المسؤوليات:
تنسيق أنشطة إدارة المشروع والموارد والمعدات والمعلومات
• تقسيم المشاريع إلى إجراءات قابلة للتنفيذ وتحديد الأطر الزمنية
• تعيين المهام للفرق الداخلية والمساعدة في إدارة الجدول الزمني
• التواصل الفعال مع الاستشاري
• المعرفة بـ (مثبت الحديد، الماسون، السباكة، الأنابيب …)
• المساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات
• تحليل المخاطر والفرص
• الإشراف على إدارة مشتريات المشروع
• رصد التقدم المحرز في المشروع والتعامل مع أي مشاكل تنشأ
• العمل كنقطة اتصال وإبلاغ حالة المشروع لجميع المشاركين
• استخدام أدوات لمراقبة ساعات العمل والخطط والنفقات
• إصدار جميع الأوراق القانونية المناسبة (مثل العقود وشروط الاتفاقية)
• إنشاء والحفاظ على وثائق المشروع الشاملة والخطط والتقارير
• ضمان استيفاء المعايير والمتطلبات من خلال إجراء اختبارات ضمان الجودة
متطلبات:
– درجة البكالوريوس فما فوق
– 5 سنوات من الخبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي
– متحدث باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية والهندية/الأردية
-العمر المسموح به هو 40
– رخصة قيادة + سيارة إلزامية
