Role Purpose:
Is responsible of achieving sales targets by store, building relationships with the store personnel (Department Heads and General Managers), improving store level fundamentals (OSA, IHR, Agreement compliance), managing store level financials, and acting as a coordinator between the customer & operations team.
Key Accountabilities:
Improve Store Level Fundamentals
-Track on a regular basis our in-store fundamental KPIs (OSA, SFT, IHR, DGP, VGP) and identify opportunity areas
-Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop action plan by store
-Execute the action plan by store
Relationship Building
-Define the key stakeholders at customer/store level
-Build contacts with key stakeholders and customer penetration
-Engage with store stakeholders by conducting regular business reviews, review store performance, and develop joint actions plans
Sales Planning and Design
-Liaise internally with customer HO team to design the store level plans in order to deliver target results.
-Ensure the store’s SKU database is managed properly by the team.
-Ensure the right volume forecast is set for each store so there will be no out of stock or overstock situations for on shelf and off shelf.
-Own the store scorecard to be updated on monthly basis and shared internally and externally.
Agreement Compliance
-Ensure all elements in our Key Business Driver agreement with the customer are applied in every store.
-Communicate all gaps internally to the team and externally to the customer and set the right corrective action plans on both ends.
-Perform the necessary fieldwork to monitor and track the execution.
-Track the shelf shares across all outlets in a monthly basis
Store Level Financials
-Track & manage the budgets received from the customer HO team, provide the right documents to the store in a timely manner, ensure stores follow the SOP set by Transmed
-Ensure timely reconciliation of the books by working closely with the customer finance team
Market Intelligence and Competitive Reporting
-Communicate internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on our business in order to take required action.
Requirements:
– Minimum a Bachelor’s degree
– Fresh graduate or 1 year of experience in a related field
– The candidate must be located in UAE.
