The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of the business.Responsibilities · Responsible for the day-to-day management of the showroom in accordance with the overall company policies and procedures in safety, hygiene, and display.· Meet customer service expectation through regular communication, update of company sales and promotional activities to the key customers, problem resolution, appropriate follow up, accurate and timely response to customer complaints and comments and ensure that positive and friendly attitude are exhibited in the showroom.· Audit sales report, cash, or cash equivalent where is required to ensure that sales are accounted for, cash is deposited in the company’s bank account intact.· Taking responsibility for shop security, and for the internal appearance and ambience of the shop.· Ensure staff are taught correct sales procedures and have a good knowledge of the products they sell. · Develop and maintain a high-level relationship with customers.· Draw up staff schedules, leaves, and attendance.· Responsible for the stock/Inventory, transfers of items to and from different POS.· Monitor stock levels and reports to the brand manager whenever needed.· Keep and analyze records of sales figures and financial transactions, including cash, and credit card transactions. · Take direct responsibility for the profitability of the Showroom by making sure that the sales staff achieves their sales targets.· Hold staff meetings to discuss and report on the staff & sales performance. · Responsible for ensuring total compliance with the guidelines on the company standards and disciplines. Qualifications and Requirements· 3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality as a store manager· Perfect understanding of client satisfaction and luxury experience and strong sense for etiquette and human behavior.· Able to adapt approach individually to respective client.· Has perfect manners and can maintain a conversation elegantly.· Creative, curious, and versatile.· Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathetic· Excellent communicator with ability to develop strong networks.· Fluent in local language and English and ideally one more relevant tourist language· Applicants with background in Sales or Hospitality preferred.· Exceptional leadership and motivational team building skills.If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for retail and leadership, we invite you to apply for the Assistant Store Manager position.
