As such, teamwork, creativity, reliability and integrity are components of a work ethic taken very seriously since the company was founded in 1959.Tradition is currently seeking to appoint an Office Manager to be based within the Abu Dhabi office.Main responsibilities within the Office Manager role include:Be a first point of contact for office visitors, ensuring a welcoming arrival.Coordinate the procurement of office supplies, including but not limited to stationery, equipment.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, arranging meetings when required.Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring efficient handling and distribution.Organise meetings, events, and conferences, booking rooms/ venues where required.Handle data-related tasks accordingly, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout.Assisting the HR Department when required.Oversee travel and accommodation requirements.Providing support when required to the SEO of Abu Dhabi.Administer Car bookings and courier bookings when required.Responding to incoming calls and inquiries courteously and be able to direct calls to appropriate person/department. Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role: Ability to speak and write in fluent English.A driving License will be required.Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.Willingness to learn and adapt, with a can do attitude.Personable with a friendly, confident and approachable manner, whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism.High level of integrity and discretion, handling confidential information.Tradition do not accept agency CV’s.
