Position Overview

The Corporate Sales Manager will be an important member of building the marketplace playing a critical role in bringing new key account buyers onto the platform. A successful Corporate Sales Manager will be a skilled communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between Buyers and Products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals
• Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Liaising with Sourcing and Fulfilment team to ensure best quality service for customers
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with strategic and corporate customers. The candidate will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote the company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. Also, should be organized, passionate, and focused on enhancing the overall buyer experience on the platform.
• A minimum of +5 years’ experience in Sales/Business development or demand within the technology sector
• Experience in B2B Sales, mainly to Corporates and Enterprise clients
• Passionate about online business, e-commerce, and sales
• Target driven and results orientated
• Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills, decisive and result-oriented who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
• College/University Degree or equivalent experience
